MEANING:
When the full Moon aligns with Scorpio, a mystical ambiance permeates the air. Governed by water and Pluto, Scorpio compels us to delve into our most profound emotions. This sign teaches us that we possess the powers of magicians and healers, enabling us to transform any energy, emotion, or behavior. We have the ability to convert darkness into light, and tension into calmness. We can overcome the deepest hurts, transforming them into insights, and effortlessly steer through any turmoil. The key to harnessing this energy lies in our readiness to experience intense emotions, as the full Moon in Scorpio promises to be one of the most powerful of the year.

WHAT TO RELEASE:
This Moon encourages us to set aside our logical reasoning. It suggests that analyzing our emotions only extends them. To truly transform, we must feel our emotions deeply, which involves slowing down, bravely examining our inner selves, and creating space for any feelings that may emerge from our subconscious, including tears if necessary.

Scorpio's energy is particularly potent because it immerses us in the immediacy of the present. It compels us to halt, shed our distractions, and face reality head-on.

During this full Moon in Scorpio, our masks are removed. This force slices through any facade, taking us directly to the core of issues. On this Moon, we find it impossible to deceive ourselves or others. Anything we've been ignoring is now coming to the surface.

This unveiling also exposes emotions, subconscious beliefs, and biases we'd prefer to avoid, along with suppressed feelings we've projected onto others. This full Moon in Scorpio unveils all, making us uneasy but also offering a powerful chance for deep growth.

RITUAL:
Seated Hip openers (emotional opening & balance)
  • Badakanasana (Butterfly pose)
  • Agnistambhasana (Fire log pose)
  • Balasana (Childs pose)

Energy Yoga
  1. Hip Rotations - Come to a standing position and spread feet about hips distance apart.  Start to rotate your hips in a clock wise motion. Moving as slowly or fast you you feel comfortable. After about 10 rotations change to counter clockwise or when it feels right. Slowly come back to a centered space. You can repeat through out the exercise when it feel needed
  2. Stretch - Reach arms up and take a stretch through the right side, the left side, back and forward.
  3. Organic Movement - Keep knees in place and start to bounce shake or move in any organic matter that feel good for you. You can wiggle dance a little or just sway from side to side.
  4. Tapping - come back to a neutral position with knees slightly bent and move into tapping exercise. Make 2 fists and gently tap a few inches below the belly button. Each person around the circle counts to 10 and the next person goes until the circle reaches 200. 
    - First person: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
    - Next person: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 20
    - so on and so forth
    Finish tapping by rubbing the belly. Keep knees bent and shoulders relaxed.
  5. Repeat - Option to repeat shaking, moving, bouncing or any other movements you’d like. Let go of excess energy and emotions by letting our any sounds that you need (sighs, audible exhale, grunts, groans, screams and crying)
  6. Slow down - Slowly come back down a seated position and then come to lie down. End with Savasana with one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly to check in with your energy. What emotions came up? What energy was released?​
