ABOUT THE EVENT
108 SUN SALUTATIONS
Join us in burning off all karma from 2022 with 108 Sun salutations.
All levels welcome!
Limited space please sign up in advance!
Burn Away Karma
The full Surya Namaskar sequence has all the components of a full Yoga practice in it (backbend, forward bend, inversion, pranayama, meditation.) By repeating this sequence 108 times you will liberate your spine, revitalise your body and clear your mind.
Why 108?
A Japa mala (or Mala) refers to prayer beads customarily used in both Buddhism and Hinduism. Recitations of prayers, mantras and chants are counted bead by bead on Malas. Buddhist malas traditionally have 108 beads, said to signify the 108 human passions that Avalokiteshvara assumed when 'telling the beads'.
Location will be disclosed via email once information is submitted. Please bring your own mat. Space is limited so please sign up in advance.

Full Moon Circle🗓 Friday, January 6
🕖 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM 📍 Port St. Lucie 🎟 $5 - $20 Donation ABOUT THE EVENT
FULL MOON WOMENS CIRCLE Join our monthly moon circle! I invite all women to come enjoy a night of meditation, community and tea. This will be a safe space for us to open, share and hold space for other women. During each full moon we gather to reclaim the powerful feminine energy found within and surrounding us all. Each circle is dedicated to empowering women, sharing thoughts and opening from within, healing each other, inspiring creativity, and working together to create a positive space that every lady can enjoy. We embrace all faces of the Divine Feminine here in the circle across all paths, ages and beliefs. So join us and and dive deep into the roots of Mother Earth, into ancient Moon Rituals, divine feminine practices, and call on the wild and the rising Goddess within! About The Event During our moon circles we start of with a guided mediation to set the mood. Whether it is with singing bowls, drumming or a spoken guided meditation, each one is unique to the full moon. We follow up with a discussion to open up about what is going on in our current lives as well as holding space and listening to others. We will have tarot cards and other activities as well. There will be time to mingle and connect with one another and your donation also includes a cup of tea. (Limited amount of cups so please bring your own special mug!) This is a safe space to share whatever you'd like. It helps women to open up and connect with other like minded individuals. We laugh, we cry and sometimes end in dance to shake out all the unwanted energy. You don't have to take part in speaking, dancing or any other activities that the moon circles hold. You can simply be present, share good energy, listen and enjoy the company of others and tea. Location will be disclosed via email once form is filled out. Donation can be made via Venmo or with cash when you arrive but please fill out your info in the form below. Please feel free to bring your own special mug for tea. 🍵 Space is limited so we recommend your sign up in advance. Cant wait to see you there! TO SIGN UP
